Therapy Services
Individual Therapy - $175
A 50-minute in-person or virtual session starting at the age of 16 and up. Together we will identify your goals for your healing journey and address your clinical needs throughout therapy. You will have the opportunity to implement what you've learned in therapy sessions into your daily life to create a life worth living.
Couples Therapy - $195
A 50-minute in-person or virtual session where the client is the relationship itself. Together we will identify the goals of the relationship and provide space for each person’s perspective to be heard. You will have the opportunity to address your concerns and desires by effectively communicating to your partner while considering your emotions and your partner's emotions.
Family Therapy - $215
A 75-minute in-person or virtual session where the client is the familial relationships present in therapy. Together we will identify your familial goals and create space for each family member's perspective to be heard. You will have the opportunity to learn what each person needs are to feel supported, appreciated, and loved, gaining the skills to create healthy family dynamics.
